AK Dental Practice is a state of the art office. Dr. Katzmark is extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient, carefully explaining the care and procedures for your individual case. I am SO happy with my completed implant/crown!! I had a difficult situation involving a broken tooth, a lot of bone loss as well as a lot of gum recession. I had the implant placed and Dr. Katzmark carefully evaluated my situation and designed an abutment and crown that was not only functional, but aesthetically pleasing as well. I am so so pleased with the result. I so appreciate her care and expertise. This entire office is all about kindness, care, expertise and patience. Absolutely the most pleasant visit to the Dentist EVER. It’s a one stop shop.The appointment started at 10:40 am… the quest was to repair 2 broken teeth and replace with new crowns. Project was completed at 2:40 pm. But the best part is they’re just flat good people. You’ll encounter the friendliest, most polite crew you can ever stumble across. From the Boss to the last employee they’re full of Please and Thank you’s and treat you like family or friends. 6 star in my opinion.

She spent a lot of time with me; I did not feel rushed at all. While looking at my x-rays and examining my mouth, Dr. Katzmark verbally communicated what she was seeing. I have had Dr. Armstrong as my dentist since the late 80s. Always on time, considerate and beautiful work. Highly reccomend. So, NOW, my mom is going to Dr. K. My mom is almost 93 and we had a major emergency. The scope was beyond her dentist in Bay City. Dr. K was able to work her in. My mom LOVED her. Dr. K was able to calm, reassure and expediently take care of the problem. And the staff..I called before they opened, left a message and Maclovia called within 30 min... I love this entire staff. They are the best.

I came with many dental issues couple of years ago to AK Dentistry. From the moment I met Dr. Katzmark, she has been very patient, knowledgeable and understanding of what I needed to tackle in timely manner and most importantly within my financial budget. After couple of years, my teeth were fixed and gone through many treatments. Then, one of old crowns fell out and exposed my rotten tooth. Contacted the office and immediately able to see Dr. Katzmark the next day. She fixed it, put the whole new crown perfectly. Even my family was impressed by this speedy perfect treatment. Not so much the discomfort from treatment itself (though that is a factor) BUT the upselling and scare tactics used by some practices to get you thinking you need tons of dental work done. AK Dentistry does NONE OF THAT, they are honest and give you the option to track issues that are raised in future appointments. No high pressure sales tactics here and that's a big win for me. They're also on time, if not early most times, for appointments, another bonus! Their office is very nice and recently renovated, and while they may intimidate being in a high rise office building, parking is a breeze so there's no reason for you not to be checking out this dentistry practice!

Dr.Katzmark is the MOST AMAZING dentist on the planet..HANDS DOWN. Before finding Dr. Katzmark I'd had a very bad experience with another dental office.(I'll be nice and not mention their name). They were so bad, I ended up in the emergency room, with a BP of over 200 and in excruciating pain, and broken teeth in the back of my mouth. I needed a LOT of work done and because she knew I was afraid, she took her time (4+ hours) both surgeries and personally took care of me. She didn't push me off on someone else...SHE TOOK CARE OF ME HERSELF!! She was very patient with me. From Day 1. She has no clue how much I genuinely love her for helping me get on the right road to having a healthy mouth and beautiful smile. I'm now on my invisalign journey and she is still amazing!! Dr. Craig is the only dentist my mom has seen in over 30 years. Dr. Glennis takes care of my teeth. They are always on the cutting edge of dental tech. When you tell them something-They and their staff listen intently and will accommodate to the absolute best of their ability. Look, I am the biggest coward when it comes to my teeth and going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do, but when I hit the door over at Doc Armstrong's & Doc Katzmark's ...I feel at ease, knowing I am in very capable hands. Anyone reading this review should give them a try....You will never go to another dental group!

The office manager, Tiffany, always worked with my work schedule and sends me a reminder a week before my appointment. I also met his dental assistant Kit, at a party and she made me feel so comfortable and excited to go see the dentist for the first time.The Team was amazing! Whether it is a routine cleaning, crown installation, or an inspection, all services at this practice are performed with a strong attention to detail. I have had to use this practice once in an emergency scenario to repair work from a previous dentist; they took me in with only 10 minutes notice as a first time patient and relieved my failing filling. They also set up an appointment with an excellent oral surgeon (Dr Clark) to perform a root canal that day. The combined works of both practices have held up over time with zero issues in the past 2 years. Overall an excellent practice

I had to take my baby with me cause didn’t have other option...and even when I arrived late cause had to Breastfeed and change diaper last minute , they took me :)! And they were also super friendly with my baby...ladies trying to distract him so I could get my cleaning. The lady that did my teeth cleaning managed to do so even with my baby having to sit on my lap...that’s a skill!! I have serious anxiety from another dentist that left me with severe tooth pain (during Harvey - go figure it happened during a natural disaster) and I was so afraid of going back to the dentist. While it wasn’t really the dentist’s fault for all the pain - it still left a bad taste in my mouth and made me fear getting back in the dentist chair. Only downside I observed is that they seem quite pricey -- & accept / coordinate with NO insurance pans... So, while using them works for ME -- we couldn't / wouldn't be able to use them for our staff / organization dental care (as it would break-the-piggy-bank & would be infeasible & cost-prohibitive)... Too bad that the stars won't align -- as in fact, we're LOOKING for better dental/medical services/program(s) for our staff/organization right now... Looks like you need to pay for what you get -- but (especially on an organizational level) you can't get/find what you (ideally) would (or can afford/economically to support or) want... Ce la via, I guess...
